Saturday 20 September sees the return of the 'Ricc10ne Sunset Run', the event included in the national Fidal calendar, for the second edition, confirming its special formula of sport and fun for all. A competitive running race of 10 km homologated, flanked by two non-competitive routes of 10 and 5 km, designed for walkers, families, amateur runners, and people with disabilities, in addition to free fitness activities and a big final party open to the entire city.

The race will take place over a distance of 10 km homologated by Fidal and will be accompanied this year by two non-competitive routes of 10 and 5 km to make the experience even more engaging. The event will be a unique opportunity to combine sport and fun with solidarity and rebirth: part of the proceeds will, in fact, be donated to the activities of the San Patrignano community.

The day of the Sunset Run will start in the morning with a rich programme of activities dedicated to wellness and entertainment. From 10 a.m., the village in Piazzale Roma will come alive with registration and the delivery of race packs, accompanied by music, entertainment and fitness sessions. Even those who will not be taking part in the race will be able to enjoy a dynamic and engaging experience by taking part in the activities - free of charge and upon reservation - offered until 1 p.m., organised by the Riccione Wellness Academy. The afternoon will be enlivened by performances and demonstrations by local sports clubs, always accompanied by music, until the pre-race warm-up organised by Fluxo, scheduled for around 6 p.m. The official start of the "Ricc10ne Sunset Run" is set for 6.30 p.m.

After the race, the end-of-summer party will explode in Piazzale Roma with the final refreshment for runners with an authentic Romagna flavour and the live concert by the rock band SuPerFlash. At 8.30 p.m., space will be given to the prize-giving ceremony, followed by the DJ set signed by Bexx, Aria Beach, and Gloria Gin, which will make the whole square dance. A dedicated food area will allow visitors to savour traditional delicacies and the best street food. It will be a great moment of celebration and conviviality open to all: runners, citizens and tourists.
